High-Level Meeting of Mayors and Heads of International Organizations

The event is organized by the Global Cities Hub and UNECE

This special high-level meeting between heads of International Organizations (UN Economic Commission for Europe - UNECE, UN-Habitat, UN Office for Disaster Risk Reduction – UNDRR, International Telecommunication Union – ITU, and World Health Organization – WHO (tbc)) and Mayors participating in the Forum will focus on the topics of sustainable urbanization, digitalization in cities including the citiverse, strengthening urban health, as well as building climate-resilient cities, which are all highly relevant both in the multilateral discussions and at local level.
